How to Use Four Thieves Essential Oil Blend

Diffusion

Room and Treatment Space Spray

Add 30-40 drops to 4 oz. distilled water in a spray bottle. Spritz in the air to refresh and purify a room, treatment space, or office. Massage therapists: a quick spritz between clients keeps your treatment room clean and aromatic.

All-Purpose Cleaning Spray

Mix 20-30 drops Four Thieves blend with 1 cup water and 1 cup white vinegar in a spray bottle. Use to clean and disinfect kitchen counters, doorknobs, bathroom tiles, and other high-touch surfaces. Shake well before each use.

Hand Sanitizing Spray

Add 15-20 drops to 2 oz. of witch hazel or rubbing alcohol in a small spray bottle. Spray onto hands and rub together until dry. A natural alternative to commercial hand sanitizers.

Immune Support Massage Blend

Dilute 10 drops Four Thieves in 1 oz. carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Massage onto the soles of the feet, chest, or upper back to support immune function. Best used at the first sign of illness.
